Uncle Austin has released a new love song titled “Mon Coeur,” collaborating with his friend The Ben and up-and-coming artist LLoav. He has worked with prominent artists in Rwanda, especially those he helped rise to fame, including Teta Diana, Marina, Bruce Melodie, the late Yvan Buravan, Victor Rukotana, Linda Montez, and many others.

Uncle Austin started working in radio at the age of 15, but he officially began his media career in 2005. He has worked at various radio stations, including Radio 10, Flash FM, K FM, and later moved to Kiss FM in 2014. He also worked at Power FM and currently hosts entertainment shows on Kiss FM, including Kiss Drive and Kiss Hit 30.
Aside from his career in media, Uncle Austin is also a musician and event host, specializing in Afrobeat music. He is known for his unique collaborations with both local and international artists. In addition to his entertainment career, he runs a restaurant in Kigali City – Kicukiro called Uncle’s Restaurant.
As a talented artist in the Afrobeat genre, Uncle Austin continues to enjoy success through his collaborations and his contributions to the Rwandan music scene.

In an interview with Chita Magic on YouTube, Uncle Austin confirmed that he is preparing to release his final album as an artist. He plans to hold a farewell concert for his fans. However, he emphasized that he will not be leaving the music industry entirely, as he intends to continue engaging in other (confidential) roles within the music sector.
