During the album launch event for 25 Shades by Bwiza, The Ben and his wife, Uwicyeza Pamella, were surprised by their fans, who gifted them baby clothes in celebration of their expected child.

The couple, taken aback by the thoughtful gesture, were later encouraged by the event’s host, Ally Soudy, along with Lucky Nzeyimana, to reveal the gender of the baby they are expecting. While initially hesitant, The Ben eventually took the stage, serenading his wife with his recent hit song, True Love.

Pamella, showing signs of exhaustion, requested to leave the stage, allowing her husband to continue singing with the fans. As the performance came to an end, The Ben took the opportunity to share the exciting news with the audience: they are expecting a baby girl.

He shared with the crowd, “Regarding the gender of the child we’re expecting, it will be a girl, and we plan to give her a name that reflects the bond we share with you all through our connection.”

The Ben and Uwicyeza Pamella were in Europe to support Bwiza’s 25 Shades Album launch event, which took place in the night of March 8-9, 2025. Besides this concert, The Ben has plans for more shows across Europe, with rumors circulating that Pamella may give birth to their first child there as well.
