Prominent Rwandan talent manager Alex Muyoboke is mourning the death of his beloved mother, who passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025. He shared the heartbreaking news with his followers on Instagram late that evening, posting a touching tribute that conveyed the depth of his grief and love for the woman who gave him life.

In a deeply emotional message, Muyoboke wrote:
“Dearest Mom, the mother who brought me into this world and gave me everything she had. Farewell, Mom. I found you to be someone who loved God, and you have left this world still loving Him. May He give you eternal rest. I know you have joined Dad—you spent your whole life together, and I’m sure you’ve now reunited. You’ve returned home and said, ‘I am strong, even though I’m falling apart inside.’ Mom, one day I’ll join you in our Father’s house. I love you.”

According to sources close to the family, Muyoboke’s mother had been battling illness for some time. She had initially received treatment at the Military Hospital in Kanombe before being discharged to continue care at home. Her condition later worsened, and she was admitted to the University Teaching Hospital of Kigali (CHUK), where she passed away.

The outpouring of condolences from across the Rwandan entertainment and media landscape has been swift.

Musician The Ben (Mugisha Ben), who frequently collaborates with Muyoboke, expressed his sympathy on social media, writing:
“May God comfort you. Mama is now at rest.”

Veteran journalist and close friend David Bayingana also offered his support in a heartfelt message:
“Your mother was a woman of integrity and full of love. Her strength and love will continue to live on in you. Remember, you are not alone. I’m here for you in everything.”

As tributes continue to pour in, friends, colleagues, and fans alike are rallying around Muyoboke during this difficult time, offering prayers and support as he mourns the loss of a woman he described not only as a parent but as a spiritual compass and lifelong inspiration.
