Rwandan actress Uwimpundu Sandrine, widely known as Rufonsina, was recently surprised by her close friends with a heartwarming baby shower celebrating her upcoming delivery. Rufonsina, who has made her mark in the Rwandan film industry through several popular films, including the hit TV series Umuturanyi, where she plays the beloved character “Rufonsina,” is already a proud mother to a 10-year-old child.

The actress, who has been with her partner for twelve years, received a proposal from him in October 2024, long after they welcomed their first child, now ten years old. In July 2025, Rufonsina joyfully revealed that she was expecting their second baby, marking yet another beautiful chapter in their long-lasting relationship.
