Rwandan gospel singer and preacher Sano Olivier is set to tie the knot with his fiancée Irene in a private wedding ceremony scheduled for August 21, 2025.

Recently, a video surfaced online showing the couple signing their civil marriage documents, marking their official union under the law. In addition to the video, a formal wedding invitation has also been shared with close family and friends.The invitation, which includes specific instructions from the couple, urges recipients not to share it with anyone else or post it on social media.

This reflects the couple’s intention to keep their ceremony intimate and private.

Sano Olivier is well known in Rwanda’s gospel music scene and has in recent years also become recognized for his work as a preacher. He initially rose to public attention some years ago during his previous marriage to Uwera Carine Cadette, a Rwandan living in the United States.

However, the couple later separated.As he prepares to embark on this new chapter with Irene, Sano Olivier continues to balance his calling in ministry with his passion for gospel music.
