Rwandan actress Kayitesi Alice, popularly known for her role as “Linda” in the hit TV series Umuturanyi, is set to tie the knot with her fiancé Muyenzi Rodrigue in a ceremony scheduled for July 11, 2025.

According to the wedding invitation, the festivities will begin with the traditional Rwandan marriage ceremony known as gusaba no gukwa, where the groom’s family formally requests the bride’s hand in marriage. This will be followed by a church wedding and a reception for invited guests.

All events are expected to take place at the picturesque ‘Heaven Garden’ venue located in Rebero, Kigali.The announcement has been met with excitement from fans and fellow actors, many of whom have followed Kayitesi’s rising career in the local film industry.

Kayitesi Alice rose to fame through her roles in popular Rwandan productions such as Umuturanyi, Mahindu Series, Umuruho Wanjye, Killaman’ comedy series (Bigmind Empire), and other trending films.
