The Rwanda government Deputy Spokesperson Alain Mukuralinda’ has passed away
Alain Mukuralinda, the Deputy Spokesperson of the Rwandan Government, has died of cardiac arrest.The Government Spokesperson’s Office announced that he died at King Faisal Hospital where he had been receiving treatment
